You think that your bike's performance features could be enhanced with components selected á la carte at your local bike shop — and that you should be able to accomplish this despite the spawn of deviant bottom bracket "standards" that have created component compatibility issues. Conventional threaded bottom brackets like your Italian-threaded BB shell shouldn't foil plans to upgrade your ride. ROTOR conceived its Universal Bottom Bracket (UBB) concept to eliminate the complicated bottom bracket/crank compatibility challenge that has increasingly frustrated the mechanics at your LBS. The ITA 30 is the "yes" component to "Is this compatible with my Italian-threaded BB shell for a 30mm axle?" SPECS Weight: 54g Steel For 30mm Spindle Cranks For use with ITA Threaded Frames

Designed to be a proper BB for installing Shimano™ Hollowtech II steel spindle cranks in either BB30, PF30, or Specialized’s OSBB frames. The Praxis Works new patent pending Rubber Collet design keeps the cartridge bearings outboard of the frame right on Shimano™ spec for greater rigidity and free of frame/c-clip tolerance issues that other systems deal with. Simply press in the longer non-drive-cup, then the shorter drive cup threads into it. As the drive cup threads in, the new expanding elastomer collet system expands to a precise limit evenly dispersing pressure for a super tight fit. With both cups connected and the collet set exactly to spec, there is no chance the bearings can come out of alignment or wiggle/walk out of the frame. This design also uses a compressible o-ring on the non-drive side cup to compensate for frame shell width discrepancies. -New updated design with Rubber expanding collet. -This BB is for Shimano™ Hollowtech II steel spindle road cranks only. -Designed precisely to Shimano bearing stance & chain line spec. -Forged & machined heat-treated 7075 T6 Aluminum -For 68MM BB30, PF30, and Specialized Road frames -Not for BB30a, BBRight, BB386EVO, BB86, BB92 frames -Steel version: Enduro 2437 -68mm version cannot be used for MTB Cranks

Bottom Brackets are an essential part of the bicycle that is often overlooked and forgotten, but we saw the BB as another opportunity for performance gains and improved efficiency. For our BB we have developed a seal that achieves a very low level of drag while still retaining excellent protection qualities. Its thinner and low viscosity bearing grease with the correct fill level offers higher durability at high speeds. If you’re running the best crankset on the market, you should have the performance BB to match. - Thinner and lower viscosity bearing grease for higher durability at high speeds - In-house testing procedure includes developing a 24-hour continuous water invasion test - BB86 41mm Press fit, 30mm Spindle, 66gm, 86.5mm

The new SRAM DUB crank standard, built on a 28.99mm spindle, allows for a more contamination-resistant BB design while retaining the ultra-efficient & long-lasting qualities CeramicSpeed Bottom Brackets are known for. With an integrated dust cover for all models, the snug & secure fit not only fully protects the face of the bearing, but also delivers exceptional performance without any sacrifices. CeramicSpeed hand-built bearings carry the load from crank to frame with unparalleled durability & efficiency. The SRAM DUB crank spindle requires the bearing contact points to be in a set and designated width, and all CeramicSpeed Bottom Bracket options perfectly match the bearing placement on the crank spindle with the required frame interface for nearly any model of bike. Without the use of unnecessary adapters or spacers, a quiet & stable platform is ensured throughout the life of the product. You have two bearing choices. The first choice is our low drag, long life Standard Bearing with hardened-steel races and our super-round CeramicSpeed balls. The second choice is our Coated Bearing, which uses those same balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. Compatible with: - Frame: BB86 - Opening diameter: 41mm - Shell width: 86.5mm In the box: - 2 CeramicSpeed Bearings - 2x dust covers - Plast-sheet - 4 x 1mm spacers - 10ml syringe of CeramicSpeed All Round Grease - Sticker Sheet
$479.00
BSA is equivalent to English threading. English threading on road bikes mean a 68mm-wide, 34mm inside diameter shell with reverse threading on the drive side. It's the most common threaded standard employed today. This kit works with 24mm diameter cranks, such as Shimano, FSA, Rotor, and others. Choose between two bearings for the cups. Standard Bearings have low drag thanks to hardened-steel races and our Ceramic balls. Coated Bearings have those same balls installed on coated, hardened-steel races for longer life and less bearing drag. English threading is easy to work with, and 24mm spindles easily fit through the shell, allowing for large bearings to be employed in the outside cups. Put more of your energy into forward motion by reducing frictional drag wherever you can. CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings typically have frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set. That's in the range of a 75% drag reduction compared to standard bottom brackets. CeramicSpeed balls are 100% smoother and 15% harder than ceramic competition. The bearings last at least 3x longer than other bearings. In The Box: - 2 threaded cups with bearings - 2 dust covers with built-in spacers - Spacer tube - 10mm syringe of All Round Grease - Sticker sheet

The EVO386 standard is designed for oversized spindles. CeramicSpeed's kit for Shimano allows you to install Shimano or FSA cranks with 24mm spindles. The cups come with CeramicSpeed Bearings installed. Both CeramicSpeed Standard and Coated Bearings are available. Both utilize super smooth CeramicSpeed Balls and hardened-steel races. The latter has an additional metallic coating on the races to further smooth and harden the steel, further increasing life and lowering drag. The design of overlapping cups extending through the shell for EVO386 reduce the likelihood of creaking and increase the reliability of the system. The CeramicSpeed Standard Bearings feature an average drag reduction of 75% compared to stock bottom brackets. That translates into frictional drag of 0.3-0.4 watts per set, which is the result of great design, hardened-steel races, and ceramic balls that are 100% smoother and 15% harder than the ceramic competition. The CeramicSpeed Coated Bearings are a step up as they reduce drag by 50% compared to our Standard Bearings and an improvement in bearing life by 60%. All Round Grease comes standard in the bearings, but can be replaced for lower drag TT and Track Grease or higher durability LongLife Grease, which adds a bit of drag but stays in the bearing when riding through messy conditions. In The Box: - 1 bottom bracket with bearings installed - 2 dust covers - 10ml syringe of All Round Grease - Sticker Sheet
