As the first "plus" bike to hit the market, Krampus changed the way many people approach trail riding. The SCOTT Aspect 930 is a mountain hardtail that is designed to be light, efficient, and reasonably priced. Performance geometry and internal cable routing add capability to this trail-ready bike. The fork features a remote lockout mechanism that eliminates loss of efficiency from the suspension when you don't need it, such as when riding pavement to get to the trail or on steep uphill climbs. Shimano drivetrain components including a Shadow rear derailleur and triple chainrings on the front, for accurate shifting and a wide gear range. Syncros X-20 disc rims are laced to Shimano hubs for a durable wheelset, with Kenda Slant 6 tires that provide tread for a variety of terrain.
